Recently a vessel from the Vernon Safety Station was transferred to RCMSAR 106 (Shuswap). The open cabin Boston Whaler gives Shuswap Station an added resource for training, boat inspections and support for the main rescue boat. Following an inspection and some maintenance, the “new to us” vessel will be put into service.
